📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification by email once your order has shipped.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable domestic and international shipping from our locations in the EU and USA. Your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within EU or USA): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs)

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.

  • MakeON is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or processing.


📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order’s progress using the link provided in that email.


❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@missioncontrollab.com so we can investigate and assist.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll help you file a claim with the shipping carrier and work toward a resolution.

  • Please note: MakeON is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.


 

📦 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

  • MakeON is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@missioncontrollab.com — we’ll do our best to update your address if your order has not yet shipped.
